Joel Harper
Owner
Joel has worked in the manufactured housing industry his entire life in his family owned business. He started working full time in 1993 after attending Michigan State University where he studied history. Joel is a licensed NYS retailer, as well as a registered Property Housing Consultant and a Manufactured Housing Manager. Joel has also served on the board of the New York Housing Association since 2008 and has served as the President.


Julie Harper

Owner

Julie has worked in the manufactured housing industry for the last 15 years where she has sold manufactured homes and created tracking systems that make all aspects of owning and operating a community easier and more efficient.


Julie studied architecture at FLCC. Before working in the industry she had a career at Bausch and Lomb. Julie is also a registered Manufactured Housing Manager.
